General Questions

Are you a real person or A.I.?
Answer: REAL! Cuban-American born and raised in the “Boogie Down” Bronx, New York – now living near the Washington D.C. area.

Do you have a physical store I can meet with you?
Answer: No. After COVID19, we had to close our Botanica on First Avenue by 105th Street, NYC. For the first time we ventured into “Virtual Services” – and have never looked back!

What are your store hours?
Answer: Opened Monday – Friday 10am to 4PM EST, Saturday’s Noon to 9PM EST, Sundays – CLOSED. (All orders requested during closed hours or holidays are processed the next working day)

Refunds & Returns

Do you offer refunds?
Answer: We have two Terms of Service regarding refunds and returns:

  1. Returns: We do not accept any returns. If we ship an item that arrives broken, we ask that you upload a photo of the broken item (see Contact page), throw it in the garbage and we will ship put a replacement.
  2. Refunds: No refunds on any virtual service EXCEPT: spell casting services (please read below)

Regarding Spell Casting “Terms of Service”:

You must provide honest, truthful information (as far as you know at the time submitting details) – for your spell to work. (For example: if you are a girlfriend, trying to make your man, leave his WIFE – you need to let me know. We are a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE!). Providing false information or half-truths is the #1 cause of spells not working.

Even when providing honest details – life, is complicated and sometimes unpredictable, and therefore I cannot guarantee results or exact time frames as each case is different. Therefore, I provide a Full 1 year Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not happy with your results, within 1 year of casting your spell, you have two options:

  • Option #1: Free re-casting of your spell or different one if you saw partial results, etc… or,
  • Option #2: Your money back (less the payment processor fee [as of today it is still 3.5% – they keep it regardless of refunds!], shipping fee [we ship candles, bathes via USPS First Class Mail], and costs of items [example: candles, baths, mojo/amulets, charms, etc…]

When purchasing a custom spell, you are agreeing to the above “Spell Casting Terms of Service”. No exceptions.
